About this role
This role practises as a Senior Registered Nurse (SRN) in keeping with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Registration Standards and Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart. You will provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. You must also uphold and function within the core values of the organisation and nursing values of Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork & Integrity.
This role will involve working weekday afternoon and weekend / public holiday shifts.
What we are looking for
We are seeking suitably experienced applicants to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist – After Hours to provide clinical leadership, management and support to nursing and multidisciplinary teams. The position performs the role of nurse leader within the Medical Emergency Team and when dealing with codes pertaining to violence and aggression.
