We currently have an opportunity for a vibrant, enthusiastic, and clinically proficient Recovery Nurse to step into the Clinical Nurse Specialist role within our growing team. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will demonstrate expert knowledge and clinical skills in the field of Post Anaesthesia Recovery Unit nursing. This is a full-time role, based within the perioperative setting working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.
Essential Criteria
Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Association (AHPRA)
Minimum 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience
Demonstrated professional knowledge and expertise in recovery
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Excellent time management skills
Commitment to achieving excellence in quality through continuous improvement
Ensure completion of timely and accurate documentation in line with professional and service requirements
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing (or equivalent)
