About your new job: You'll join an incredibly supportive and close-knit team of professionals specializing in Drug and Alcohol services at Tamworth Community Health. This team includes Registered Nurses, a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Allied Health experts, and a Transitional Nurse Practitioner stationed in Tamworth.
In this role, you'll deliver tailored case management for complex clients, offering leadership in specialized clinical practices and service delivery within both community health and inpatient settings. Collaboration is key and the successful candidate will excel as a team player, offering support to colleagues and approaching patient care with empathy and impartiality. Effective communication within a multidisciplinary framework will be crucial to ensuring optimal patient outcomes. A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.
Comprehensive orientation and ongoing external education are provided, with the full backing of the DACS team at TCHC and remote support from medical professionals. Additionally, you'll be encouraged to seek guidance from a Clinical Supervisor and participate in monthly DACS education sessions to further enhance your career and professional development.
