About the role:
An exciting and unique opportunity presents itself for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our wonderful Southport team at HPS Pharmacies.
This role is a Permanent Full Time 38 hour per week (Tuesday - Saturday), working on the wards as a Clinical Pharmacist. Roster flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medication chart reviews, medication reconciliation and medication management plans
- Prepare medication profiles
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care and expert professional knowledge
- Dispense and supply medications in line with legal and professional requirements
- Clinical liaison with the relevant hospital wards and clinics
- Assist with business and process improvement.
About you:
- Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration
- Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider
- Advanced oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff
- A high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
- The ability to organise complex tasks and solve problems
- A patient-centric mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
- A desire to learn and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry
- A vibrant personality and excellent Verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders
- Current flu vaccination
