The Opportunity: We have multiple full-time roles available (permanent or 12 month contracts) for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Slade Pharmacy Mt Kuring-Gai team. Working at our office in Mt Kuring-Gai, you will provide a remote pharmacy service to oncology patients across NSW. Develop your skills in oncology while partnering with an expert team to deliver the highest level of pharmacy service to our clinics. Our work is always important and never easy. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist with a thirst for knowledge and passion for cancer care, working Monday – Friday with alternating hours each week, 10:00am – 6:00pm (week 1) and 11:00am – 7:00pm (week 2). Key responsibilities: Coordinate and organise the supply of chemotherapy for oncology inpatients and day oncology unit patients within our clinics Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation Record clinical interventions Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams Educate staff of Slade Pharmacy Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products Who are we?
