About the Role
 

As a Clinical Psychologist, you'll have:

• The flexibility to work with your ideal clients and provide therapy in a manner aligned with your unique style
• A range of referral pathways and client presentations to work with  
• You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other health professionals, fostering an environment of teamwork and learning
• Opportunities for assessments for those interested 
• Options to also work with adult clients if you want a balanced caseload
• Supervision provided (including supervision for endorsement if required)

You can choose to work either a morning or afternoon client shift, not both. This gives you the flexibility to integrate other parts of your life such as time for self-care and catching up with loved ones. Caseloads are capped at 5-6 clients per day leaving plenty of time for administration and non-client-facing activities.  We also provide options for remote work for non-clinical tasks and part-time employment if desired.

This includes options such as clinical supervision, service development and clinical team leader. Maybe even a practice owner. Mentoring and planning are provided to help you on your chosen pathway.
