Client Experience Officer
“More than just a receptionist”
As a Client Experience Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through the door. This will involve greeting clients, answering their questions, booking appointments, and managing their accounts.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you'll also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented. You'll be responsible for managing a busy phone line and scheduling follow-up appointments, so you'll need to be able to multitask and manage your time effectively.
Maintaining our client database is also an important part of this role, so you'll need to have excellent data entry skills and be comfortable working with computer systems.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have previous experience in customer service (ideally in Allied Health), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to undergo an Australian National Police Check and Working with Children Check clearance.
This full-time position is across both our West Perth and Claremont clinics and includes working until 7:30 pm two nights a week.
If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clients throughout their therapy journey, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter addressed to Beverley Kaps, Practice Manager.
All applications will be treated with confidence. Recruitment will commence immediately.
