Role: Clinical Psychologist/ General Psychologist/ Clinical Psychology Registrar 

The Clinic (who are we?):

r.d Psychology specialises in supporting Neurodivergent children and their families navigate their unique set of abilities and difficulties in a neuro-affirming and supportive manner. Our clinic continues to be a strong referral pathway within the GP/Paediatrician/NDIS and Allied Health network and a highly sought after service within the Autistic and ADHD community.

  • Practice will control all of your marketing and we will fill your caseload fast.

Candidate eligibility criteria (What we are looking for): 

An experienced and qualified Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Psychology Registrar with at least; 

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience working with children and families (Registrars who have worked with children in placement settings).
  • Capability to work independently in conducting assessments and counselling for children, adolescents and families, within a warm and supportive private environment.
  • Competent in administering Cognitive and Learning assessments.
  • Report writing competencies.
  • MUST have knowledge and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder.
  • Effective client engagement skills. 
  • Personable and warm nature (someone who gets on the floor with kids and plays),
  • Available a minimum of 2 days per week with the opportunity to increase based on client demand.
  • Appropriate qualifications including full registration under AHPRA/Psychology Board of Australia. 
  • Medicare provider number eligibility.
