Duties of This Role Include:
- Deliver onsite psychology services at assigned workplaces.
- Provide counselling to onsite employees.
- Utilise gaps in your clinical diary by providing psychological injury prevention initiatives such as workshops, toolbox talks, educational seminars.
- Engage in case formulation, administration, and evaluation of evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver results-based, professional, and quality care for our client's employees.
- Be an ambassador for our client's services as a market leader in occupational rehabilitation.
- Demonstrate the company's values of professionalism, care, independence, outcome focus, quality, and dedication.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Full Australian working rights.
- An Australian driver’s license and access to your own private vehicle.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in private practice/counselling is desired.
- A generous annual salary of between $100,000-$115,000 based on experience or choose a flat rate of $90 per hour. Figures are negotiable!
- Absolutely zero admin work - just manage your case notes.
- Company laptop and phone provided to you.
- Annual PD allowance of between $1,000-$1,750!
