We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to be part Rocky Bay's senior leadership team and join Rocky Bay as we strive to provide quality services and care for our customers. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer the Clinical Regional Manager primarily leads, develops, shapes and supports a multi-disciplinary team of Clinical Operations Managers in our southern suburbs in Perth to be the best they can be.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and inspire a team of Allied Health professionals to achieve strategic, operational and budgetary targets.
- Coach and mentor a strong and collaborative team by leading a supportive culture and implement Rocky Bay’s strategic objectives and direction.
- Deliver holistic and customer-centred services, empowering individuals to live a positive, fulfilling and independent life with the difference the team make.
We are looking for someone who holds:
- Proven experience to positively leading in a senior management position to operate and influence change improving service delivery outcomes, plans and service models with strong results in people, operational, financial, and strategic management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Strong business acumen, financial understanding and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- A high level of integrity, self-awareness, drive and resilience
- A continuous improvement mindset to look at things differently.
- Relevant qualification and registration in allied health or a related field
