AddressNest recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered Nurse to step up and lead a clinical team. It is Full time role where you can make a real difference.
Responsibility:
- Lead Clinical Services Team (including Maternal Health, Child Health & Community Health Nurses & Health Workers)
- Development and implementation of strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical
- Develop a clear vision for nursing, midwifery, and health worker practice
- Lead day-to-day Clinical Services to standards that comply with relevant accreditation, regulatory and legislative requirements
- Provide advice in relation to quality risk identification and mitigation associated with clinical service delivery
- Guide the Clinical Services Team to optimize Medicare services activity, claims and compliance
- Tertiary qualification in Primary Health Care or Business Management
- Experience working within an AMS clinic
- Practical knowledge of accreditation, regulatory and legislative obligations
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar setting
