Are you a compassionated and dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in Aged Care? Join our welcoming team at Maddocks Gardens! As a Clinical Support Nurse, you will have a positive impact on the development of our nursing team and make a difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive environment and an array of opportunities for professional growth.
The Contract: Ongoing Part Time, 16.0 hours per fortnight
The Position:
In this role you will provide Clinical Support, mentoring and oversight to our Aged Care nursing team to ensure best practice in clinical practice that reflects the Australian Nursing Council National Competency Standards for Nurses. You will work in a senior role as part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals and volunteers to provide exceptional care of frail, elderly residents and document all care in a manner that enables the facility to demonstrate its ability to meet client needs.
About Maddocks Gardens:
Maddocks Gardens is a purpose built 90 bed Aged Care complex providing high, low and respite care residential services. Our aim is to allow residents to age within the facility in a friendly and relaxed environment promoting independence and quality of life.

What you need:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum three years nursing experience – Aged Care experience would be well regarded
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Awareness of the Aged Care Act and other relevant legislative requirements
