How you will make an impact
As the Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) at Cabrini Health you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient and family experiences through the provision of evidence-based, high-quality care.
Your experience will be pivotal in the education and mentoring of staff, students, patients, and their families. Additionally, as the Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) you will contribute significantly to quality improvement and evaluation initiatives within our Oncology Nursing unit.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining current knowledge and expertise in the clinical environment
About you
Educational/Vocational
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with NMBA
- Postgraduate qualification in clinical education or equivalent (or working toward)
- Postgraduate qualification in Cancer Nursing speciality (or working toward)
Experience
- Specific post basic qualifications and 12 months experience working in the clinical area of specified post basic qualifications or
- A minimum of four years post registration experience, including three years' experience in the relevant specialist field
- Exceptional ability to engage with and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clinical staff, management, and external partners
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the NSQHS Standards and how they apply to your area of expertise, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices
