About the Role
The role requires sound skills to organise, teach, and facilitate a multitude of educational opportunities in order to support, enable and empower staff to achieve high levels of performance. The role involves supporting all staff to provide excellence in service delivery. The successful applicant shall be positioned within the Learning Services team and be required to support continuous learning for all staff within and across the health service, ensuring the education activities of the service are aligned to the strategic directions of CGH.
The successful candidate will be an excellent role model, with sound clinical skills, who will provide leadership whilst upholding and fulfilling the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
About You
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Excellent leadership skills
- High level of clinical competence
- Strong interdisciplinary and interpersonal knowledge and skills
- Strong motivation to teach and support students and staff across all areas of the healthcare setting
- Excellent communication techniques that enable adaptation to a specified audience, across a variety of settings
