We require a dynamic, motivated and a highly skilled Trial Coordinator to deliver excellence in patient care and research in the Alcohol and Drug Service. The position holder will coordinate care required in accordance with Clinical Trial protocols with other members of the team and assist with implementing the study alongside the lead investigators and other trial staff. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries. 2. Tertiary education in Nursing, Allied Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related health discipline. 3. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills and a methodical and meticulous approach to the recording of clinical information. 4. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines without compromising close attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Demonstrable knowledge and/ or skills in working with patients in a clinical mental health setting and/or clinical research environment. 6. Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. 7. Familiarity with Clinical Trial coordination and/or research data management processes, or willingness to learn. 8. Sound computer skills demonstrated by the ability to use standard MS-Office software tools (e.g., email, word, Excel, Teams), clinical research software (e.g., CTMS, REGIS, REDCap) and/or clinical information systems (e.g., electronic medical record).Applications close on 07 March 2024
