Organisation Description:Geelong Swimming Club (GSC) and Geelong Swimming Club Learn to Swim (GSCLTS) is an evolving and exciting organisation, with a proud 142 year history. Supporting children from 4 year olds learning to swim, through to high performance athletes competing at national and international levels, our program continues to gain momentum, creating opportunities and pathways to excellence in the sport of swimming.Overview of Position:We seek a dynamic, driven and adaptable team player to help take our organisation to the next level. Offering a varied role, based in Geelong, with flexible working hours (initially part time, 20 hours per week), the Club seeks a people person with exceptional organisational and communication skills to work within our team of outstanding Coaches and Learn to Swim School staff, alongside a committed and focussed Club Committee.Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with our HR partner Employsure to oversee the administration of employment contracts.
• Leading maintenance, establishment and operation of the Club’s systems, databases and documents.
• Contributing to policy and strategy development.
• Leading implementation of strategy, plans and projects.
• Managing relationships with the facilities where we swim, whilst seeking opportunities to increase our lane space access at these and other venues.
