About the Role:

As the Club Manager, you will play a crucial role in the overall management, promotion, and supervision of the club's activities, functions, and business. Reporting to the Board, your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative, legal, accounting, personnel, bar operations, catering, gaming, premises, entertainment, information and technology operations, community activities, and more. You'll be the key liaison between club members, suppliers, employees, and other associated individuals or groups.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or club industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and supervise staff effectively
• In-depth knowledge of relevant statutes, acts, and regulations affecting the club
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for negotiations, dispute resolution, and maintaining positive employer/employee relations and experience in bar and catering operations, gaming, and entertainment planning
