Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Clubs & Competitions - Country in this role you will:
· Lead participant retention and recruitment in the club and competitions space in your area with a strategic and customer centric focus
· Lead and develop a team that drive and support cricket recruitment and retention activities in your area
· Identify opportunities through customer insights and data for new competition opportunities and delivery channels for Cricket NSW
· Be hyper focused on participant retention, especially in the 5-12 year old age group
· Build strong and collaborative relationships with key partners to shape the cricket landscape
· Be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Cricket NSW's Competition Administration Support Program for your area
This role has the flexibility to be based in the following areas; Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Wollongong or Southern Inland.

· Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
· Ability to make decisions with a customer centred lens
· Excellent relationship building skills
· Passion for leading and developing people
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Demonstrated ability to deliver on outcomes and results
