The Cluster Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Management System across all of their Venues. This includes the daily management of staff, leading the team across their cluster, implementing and maintaining our commitment to continuous improvement and developing staff training plans.
The successful applicant will lead the team across Central Queensland and work closely with senior management and our Executive Team on the delivery of great experiences for the community and assisting us in ensuring we develop sustainable community and socially responsible programs.
