As a Cluster Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our stores in the Eastern Metro and Gippsland region, overseeing a total of 13 locations.
Your Day:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers and their respective teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all stores adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, merchandising standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performance Management: Monitor store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Training and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities for Store Managers and their teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-centric culture across all stores, promoting loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote The Reject Shop as a trusted retailer in the area.
About you:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-site leadership role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Flexibility to travel between stores within the designated region as needed.
