SalaryThis premium women's brand is looking for a Cluster Manager to join the team, looking after the Boutique, Myer Concession & David Jones Concession.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets. We’re looking for a professional who has experience managing teams and maximising productivity. The successful candidate will be ready to build long-term relationships with their store leaders and Head Office counterparts.

What do you do?
- Leading from the front and being a brand ambassador
- Provide training and development for store staff
- Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis
- Maximise sales and profitability within your cluster of stores
- Building and fostering strong relationship with your store staff
- Connect with the diverse customer base
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a Store Manager role or similar
- Apparel experience necessary | Concession experience is a bonus
- A passion for coaching and leading a big team
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Exposure to performance management and succession planning
- Exposure to roster management
