We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in Hotel Operations, possessing a well-balanced expertise in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage management. As the Head of Hotel Operations, you will spearhead the operational excellence of two properties, with the ultimate goal of progressing into the role of Cluster General Manager within a hotel group.

Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and leave a lasting imprint on the operations. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, from optimising guest experiences to driving revenue growth and ensuring efficient cost management.

What we're looking for:

• Ample experience in Hotel Operations, including Rooms Division and Food & Beverage management.
• A solid understanding of budget control, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
• Proven track record of success in achieving operational excellence and exceeding performance targets.
