The Role:
As the Cluster Manager, you will thrive in a busy environment and be an experienced, inspirational leader who is motivated by driving sales. You will oversee the Miranda store as well as a concession pad.

Proven experience leading a team to success in a retail environment, achieving sales, wages and targets
Passionate about coaching and leading a team with experience in performance management
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach always
An understanding and love for fashion trends and styling
