The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an accomplished Training Delivery Manager with experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems to join our client on a 12-month labour-hire basis.
In this role, you will drive the development of a comprehensive laboratory training program, encompassing diagnostic capabilities, quality assurance, safety protocols, and operational systems.
As a seasoned professional, you'll play a crucial role in designing, coordinating, delivering, and refining training materials.
The Role
involves travel to Cairns and Darwin 3-4 days a month, ensuring you'll be on-site to deliver impactful training sessions. If you thrive on creating and enhancing training programs, this role is tailor-made for you.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying LIMS-related training needs for laboratory staff
- Developing a training program and materials aligned with program objectives
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Laboratory Operations and stakeholder groups to optimise participation
- Monitor and evaluate existing training activities, establishing systems to track impact over time
The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification or an equivalent certification related to training management and deployment
- Experience in training laboratory staff on lab-based IT solutions
- Demonstrated experience in preparing training materials in various formats (e.g., instructional guides, video)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role
- Experience with e-learning platforms
Salary / Rate
$65 - $85/ hr + Super
