Job description

Hunter Specialised Mechanical is a family owned and operated business. We repair and service heavy mobile equipment in and around the Kimberley, Pilbara and South West region. 
Due to business growth we are seeking an Admin officer 4/5 days a week to help with the daily running of the business based in Vasse.

Administration responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration
  • Mobilisation processing 
  • Book medicals, flights, accommodation and training courses
  • Issue new employment contracts, maintain employee records
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation
  • Manage timesheet entry/parts and submission of all employees
  • Maintains vehicle/fuel cards administration
  • Provide administrative support to the team and liaise daily with supervisors
  • Arranges the procurement of materials such as office stationery, staff amenities and employee uniforms

Skills & experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Well-developed communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Personal accountability 
  • Enjoys a variety of tasks and can multi-task
  • Able to work independently & has good initiative
  • A mature outlook, highly reliable
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
