Due to business growth we are seeking an Admin officer 4/5 days a week to help with the daily running of the business based in Vasse.
Administration responsibilities:
- Day to day administration
- Mobilisation processing
- Book medicals, flights, accommodation and training courses
- Issue new employment contracts, maintain employee records
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation
- Manage timesheet entry/parts and submission of all employees
- Maintains vehicle/fuel cards administration
- Provide administrative support to the team and liaise daily with supervisors
- Arranges the procurement of materials such as office stationery, staff amenities and employee uniforms
Skills & experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Well-developed communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Personal accountability
- Enjoys a variety of tasks and can multi-task
- Able to work independently & has good initiative
- A mature outlook, highly reliable
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
