Key Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in Cluster/Multi-site Management
- Motivational leadership with a focus on achieving maximum sales potential.
- Strong background in leadership, coaching, and development.
- Commercially focused with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in fast-paced retail duties including store operations, visual merchandising, and reporting.
- Excellent computer/administrative skills.
- Strong transactional/POS/cash management/retail financials experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently with timeframes and deadlines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver and measure the Retail and consumer strategy.
- Challenge status quos within the Retail Leadership teams.
- Monitor store stock management, including margin management, stock levels, turnover, and shrinkage.
- Provide direction on staffing levels to achieve business outcomes.
- Identify trends and opportunities, offering solutions for execution.
- Manage employee relations, performance, and adherence to company policies.
- Drive exceptional and personalized customer service across all stores.
- Build and develop a talent pipeline for all stores and team members.
