SalaryDo work that mattersBusiness Banking Customer, Risk & Automation sits within the wider Analytics, Data, and Decision Science team, part of Customer, Channels and Data.We also take care of our corporate and institutional online trading customers.See yourself in our TeamBusiness Banking Customer, Risk & Automation is the analytical function that supports Customer Risk, Remediation and Customer Lifecycle Management activities.Our mission is to be a Trusted Partner for enhanced customer experiences & scaled business outcomes through advanced analytics, actionable insights and process automation.In this roleAs a CMS Analytics Manager you will support the Collateral Management Service (CMS) Squad with key strategic initiatives that transform the collateral managements service within the service domain construct.Other duties will include:Building preventative and detective system and analytics controlsBuilding ongoing reporting to track collateral information qualityPartner with Product teams, Property SMEs and technology teams to enhance collateral information’s qualityMaintain documentation of your analysis and version control of code/scripts using tools such as GitHubSupporting your peers with quality assurance (QA) reviewsWe’re interested in hearing from people who haveProven experience working with SQL to extract data from complex datasetsConfidence to present findings and progress back to stakeholders, up to the General Manager levelDemonstrated experience liaising with a range of stakeholders to solve business problems with dataExperience with analytical tools and platforms such as Python, R Studio and/or Github is preferredTertiary degree in Economics, Commerce or a quantitative degree, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science is preferredWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our office.We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.
