Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience with conveyor components maintenance and repair highly advantageous
- Expertise in assembling and disassembling conveyor components
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- First Class Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent - HR-License and forklift highly advantageous
Your Role
- Operate numerous DRC CK6140 state of the art CNC lathe machines with Siemens controllers.
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of various conveyor components, focusing on assembly and disassembly.
- Specialise in working with pulley systems, including live shaft pulleys and gearless drive pulley systems
- Manufacture and refurbish conveyor accessories such as pulleys, rollers and other components.
