SalaryLooking for a CNC Machinist for Nakamura-Tome TMC-30 machine (FANUC) controller. Exciting opportunity for someone looking for a role machining small diverse batches of stainless steel components involving programming, machine setting and operating. Full time permanent position.
We are a small stainless steel manufacturing company in Cheltenham, Melbourne producing fittings and components for a broad section of industry. Operating since 1982. Very stable and secure job offer. Typical batch size range from 50 to 200 pieces keeping processing interesting. Machine is a well maintained Nakamura-Tome TMC-30 with a FANUC controller of similar age. Its the only CNC machine on the premises so the position allows a certain level of independence and autonomy.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Be able to Program, Set, and Operate the CNC Lathe.
- Basic understanding of G-Coding.
