About the company
Commenced business over 13 years ago and in that time has grown to become one of the leading South Australian stone surface fabricators. Located near the city. Manufactures kitchen bench tops, vanity tops, and commercial counters in engineered stone products such as Silestone, Ceaserstone and natural stones such as granite and marble.
About the role
Due to consistent growth, you will join a friendly and passionate team as a Stone Fabricator or Installer (or may be a crossover of both!). Fabricators will be based at the modern workshop in Adelaide, and Installers will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including a large development North of Adelaide, inner city works and even regional if that's your preference.
Key responsibilies
- Working hours of 7.00 - 3.30pm
- Overtime available, but not a requirement. We want you to be happy!
- Setting up and operation of a Stone processing CNC machine in a clean factory environment with some of the most up to date equipment
- Ensuring quality of product, reading and working to drawings and work instructions
- Following work health and safety protocols in workshop setting
Skills & experience
- Experience in CNC machining
- Great attention to detail including the ability to read technical drawings, work instructions and measurements.
- Stone and/or Acrylic industry experience preferred, but open to Cabinet / Carpentry / Benchtop experience.
- Drivers licence
- Team Player - you are joining a friendly, passionate team!
- Solid understanding of different types of finishes and materials
