A Large Australian engineering and manufacturing company needs CNC Machinist or Conventional Machinist for their Moorabbin plant.
This company employs hundreds (if not thousands) of staff around Australia and specialise in precision manufacturing. They are looking for long term trades people and have enough work in place for the next 20 years.
The successful candidate will be working along side existing and new high end Engineers and CNC Trades people manufacturing high end product for the the Australian and world wide market.
This is a great position in a company that will give you the CNC technology and machines to make a real impact. You will machine complex components to a high standard on CNC machine centres or lathes or you will operate and set conventional machines.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) Be responsible for specific parts, inspection of parts for defects and quality control, setter & operating cnc milling machines, Delcam experience ideal, or conventional machining experience.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Trade qualifications a must
- Australian perm resident a must.
- Declam Experience would be ideal
- Fanuc controls skills
- have work in a Jobbing workshop environment ideal.
