Braeside based precision engineering business, specialising in low volume production machining of medical, defence and aerospace parts needs a CNC lathe tradesperson.

• This is an excellent company to work for, they have been around for over 35 years and is known for producing outstanding work and treating staff with respect.

• They are looking for a well experienced and enthusiastic CNC machinist with turning skills to work on their Nexus and Mazak machines.

• CAM systems such as Mastercam are used for tool-pathing for complex parts on multiaxis machines.

• Reporting to the workshop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) being responsible for small runs between 10-50 components as well as medium runs 1000-2000 on average.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Trade qualifications.
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Mastercam exp
• Mazak Quick Turn / Nexus experience
• Mazatrol experience
