Form of work We have a Hartford CNC Mill and we require an operator.
Ogis specialise in Metal Fabrication (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium & brass) producing hand rails, balustrades and other metal parts producing various parts to a variety of industry.
The successful person should be able to demonstrate:
ability to read technical drawings
recognize tooling and and jig work to support the task
demonstrated experience in operating, setting and programming
relevant trade qualification (preferred)
ability to identify quality issues
problem solving capabilities
working in a safe manner
good communication and interpersonal skills
This is a full-time role in our Milperra based workshop.
Ogis has been established for over 50 years and the company manufactures for a wide variety of industries and the type of work performed is various.
There is the expectation that the successful applicant will assist in other areas of the fabrication process, if required.
A negotiable wage (from $70,000 annual), dependent on experience, is being offered.
