Key responsibilities:We have an exciting opportunity for a Feed mill Operator to join our team based at our Enfield site. You will be working with a small team to ensure smooth running of animal feed production, and help us maintain our high standard of quality.Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Conduct daily bin readings for grain and finished feed bins
- Clean spray booth shed, warehouse area and external areas of Mill as required
- Monitor basement bulka bags and vacuum bins, emptying them as needed
- Ensure all raw materials received meet specified standards, and sample and test when required
- Walk to line if there is a system failure to check for faults
- Notify supervisor of low-level raw materials and maintain a safe operating environment
- Assist loading and unloading of incoming trucks as required
- Maintain clean working space at all times

- Communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks
- Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
