Due to continued business growth and our commitment to providing industry best practice, we are now looking to appoint a superstar to oversee Feed Operations for multiple Pace sites.
Your daily focus …
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will work closely with our management teams to develop commodity procurement strategies, oversee procurement decisions, manage, and enhance key relationships with our commodity suppliers and report on our Feed Milling operations including our company Feed-Mill and Toll Feed Mill partners.
Importantly, you will work closely with our Nutritionist Team to provide economic rations to maximise livestock performance, manage ingredient supply chain in relation to commodity requirements, as well as analyse raw ingredient markets and implement effective risk management strategies.
About you …
A natural people person, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Agriculture or Nutritional Science, and you are regarded as a reputable leader with Feed Milling SME and an impressive track record of industry success.
Additionally, you will have deep experience in commodity purchasing and negotiation, complemented by advanced commercial acumen and presentation ability.

- Proven skills, experience, and qualifications as mentioned above.
- Highly developed practical SME in Raw Materials / Procurement Management, plus well-established business relationships in the Food Technology community.
- Proven people leadership skills and able to cater your language and style to suit your audience.
- Willingness to travel to regional sites to develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Highly developed change management skills and experience.
