Our client has demonstrated a strong track record delivering engineering and manufacturing services to the mining and rail industry! They are seeking for a CNC Programmer / Machinist to join a strong team based out of their manufacturing plant in Western Sydney!
Your key tasks can include;
- Program CNC Machines (lathe & mill) in metal and engineering
- Read, interpret drawings and instructions to assemble equipment and products
- Operate & oversee production process and maintenance of machinery
- Quality control and assure materials, equipment and products
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in CNC / Machine Operation or a relevant trade
- Previous experience with lathe & mill is a must
- Experience in engineering/metal industry
- Have a demonstrated track record in CNC programming and setting is a must
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to maximise efficiencies
