Our Co-Educators (Junior School) provide support for students with identified learning needs and are an integral part of our circle of care that promotes access to the curriculum for all learners.
With a proven record working in a related environment, you will:
- Have experience in successfully providing learning support to Junior School students with complex needs, including a range of behaviours.
- Have experience working closely with teachers in the classroom to support learning
- Be a warm and enthusiastic person who is able to engage and develop positive working relationships with students and other staff.
This role offers you the opportunity to utilise your positive and organised nature within our learning support environment. The successful applicants must be approachable and experienced with a strong work ethic and a passion to contribute to the continued success of St John's Grammar School.
Co-Educators typically work part time hours of 8:40-12:40pm on school days to support our students during key learning times, however there may be some flexibility for the right candidate/s to work between 3-5 days within the week in a possible job-share arrangement.
