The Role:
Lead the charge in delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. Manage a team of talented individuals with your positive and motivational leadership style. Drive performance and revenue growth, exceeding KPIs and setting new records. Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends to ensure our venue remains THE place to be.
You:
We are looking for a food and beverage dynamo with a keen eye for detail who can not only implement solid ideas to drive foot traffic and create memorable events and experiences but also manage the profitability - the numbers matter! You will have a strong financial acumen and be ablle to pull apart a P&L in order to build your plan moving forward. You will be a natural leader who inspires and uplifts their team. Hospitality and events are in your DNA - you're the life of the party! Your experience will speak for itself - you know how to turn heads and drive results. Flexible, adaptable, and ready to join a standout group and venue.
On Offer:
- An attractive salary of $90,000 p.a. + Super + achievable quarterly KPI bonuses to reward your hard work innovation and dedication.
