It’s more than coffee making….It’s coffee wizardry. It’s coffee gospel. It’s coffee mastery. As a sommelier, you will have extensive knowledge of all things coffee, understanding its distinct characteristics. You will play a defining role in the overall enjoyment of a meal and dining experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Cupping sessions
- Undertaking technical training
- Undertaking regular sensory calibration
- Assist in providing the best possible coffee experience for customers through unparalleled product knowledge and authentic customer service.
- Customer Relations Collaborator
- Commitment to excellence
- Understand the qualities of the coffee that we serve from an origin, prep and roast perspective- being able to relay this to the customer in an exciting and engaging fashion.
- Research specialty coffee developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Q Arabica Grader certificate is preferred but not required
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista Trainer is required.
