Cold Larder/Cook

The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent Cold Larder role at our aged care residence in _____.

Roster:  Monday & Tuesday 6.30am - 2.30 pm 

What This Role Involves:

• Preparing and serving meals
• Re-stocking as required
• Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
• Assisting the broader team as required
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
• Experience in aged care or catering is an advantage but not necessary
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
