Your new role
As a Collections Officer this position will see you play a vital role in assisting customers through a tailored payment solution to achieve overall financial positive outcome. Leave each day feeling like you have really made a valuable impact to the community. This is a permanent position with the potential career progression
Your skills and experience
Ideally you will 1 year of Collections experience
You will have a natural ability and desire to help others and are focused on their needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
Working with large volumes in a dynamic and ever changing environment gets you excited
You enjoy working as part of a team that is focused on helping the community
Proactiveness, resilience and energy are just some of the attributes you’re known for You have an empathetic mindset
Your benefits
Above market salary at $82,000 package

No weekend work required - core working hours are between Monday - Friday only
