SalaryExciting opportunity for a Collections Officer Position for an well-known and award winning organisation based in Botany. You will be joining a supportive and close knit team, where each staff member is valued for their individual contribution to the team. There is potential for this role to extend and the our client is known for its strong working culture in the market. Ideally, you will be able to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collections: Following up debtor payments for those overdue by email and phone
- Answering debtor queries through phone, email
- Helping the operations team with any invoice queries
- Referral of accounts for Bad Debt provisions
- Inbound / Outbound phone calls
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
