The role
The role has the following responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day early and midstage stage collections processes
• Contacting customers – via telephone, emails & SMS
• Negotiate payments and payment arrangements
• Maintaining customer payment records & update systems
• Continuously look to improve the current processes
• Adhoc tasks as required
The perfect candidate
The perfect candidate will have the following:
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• A strong customer service focus
• Solid negotiating skills
• Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming collector with a couple of years of collections experience.
