Key Responsibilities:
Manage Collections: Utilise your expertise in insurance and claims to oversee the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding accounts.
Engaging Communication: Receive inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills to negotiate, implement, and monitor payment arrangements.
Empathy and Support: Identify hardship language and potentially vulnerable customers, taking appropriate steps to implement suitable arrangements and ensuring their needs are met with compassion and understanding.
Tracking and Tracing: Utilise skip tracing techniques to locate third parties, enabling effective collections efforts and improving success rates.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, providing top-notch customer service while assisting them in resolving payment issues.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of collections activities, update relevant systems, and generate comprehensive reports to monitor progress and improve efficiency.
Targets and Quality: Work towards monthly financial targets while upholding the highest standards of service and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
