Our Professional Services & BPO External Labour Service Desk Team provides support to hiring managers seeking to engage external labour. As a Commercial Associate you will be responsible for supporting all divisions in sourcing external labour with the right skills, from the right partners whilst managing costs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support and advise hiring managers from across the business
- Promote and ensure the use of appropriate applications and techniques, and adherence to policy
- Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with suppliers, including through competitive bidding process
- Develop expertise to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in external labour sourcing
- Facilitate effective data capture and reporting on external labour usage across the group
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Ensure contracts are fit for purpose and executed on time.

What do I need?
- 2 years + Procurement experience
- Familiarity or exposure to contracts
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem solving skills
- Commercial acumen/ Financial sector experience (ideal)
