The Skills
If the values feel like a fit, skills-wise we are searching for an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years’ post admission experience in a disputes and insolvency practice. In the role, you’ll be:
- Managing a portfolio of Commercial Litigation and insolvency matters from start to finish, including conducting research, attending court, and negotiating settlements.
- Providing technical legal advice to clients on various litigation and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, and insolvency litigation.
- Overseeing all legal documents including pleadings and submissions, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements prepared by your team.
- Working collaboratively with clients, partners, and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve matters.
- Assisting in the development and training of junior team members.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
