Overview of the role
This selected applicant for this role will be required to customize the contracts signed with our corporate customers in line with their respective requirements for voice and data services. This role is integral to the smooth operations of the organization's wholesale and corporate business activities.
Job Profile
- Working closely with the organization's sales team to provide details of contractual obligations of the prospective clients for developing their business proposals and quotes for the provision of voice and data services
- Engage with various vendors on a regular basis to understand the changes in their terms and conditions for provision of their service/revenue/non-revenue contracts from time to time to update the organization's systems for updating the existing clients
- Responsible for preparing and submitting detailed reports to the senior management of the organization regarding the changes in terms and conditions of the service providers
- If required, I engage with the organization's new and existing clients to explain the terms of each contract for the provision of services to ensure their understanding of the terms of the contract and its execution in a timely manner
- Conduct regulatory research and seek information/clarifications from the organization's legal consultants regarding the applicable legislation to ensure the client contracts are compliant with the laws for each state and territory
- To update existing contracts and keep all the stakeholders posted regarding any changes in the commercial terms (price, quantity, quality, period, etc.)
- Develop customized/hybrid contracts for provision of mobile voice and data services from multiple vendors to the organization's clients to ensure their compliance with the commercial terms of each vendor for their respective services
- Responsible for communicating any modifications and/or inclusion of new clauses made in the organization's contract templates to the legal department to confirm their validity
- Coordinate with the audit teams of various vendors to verify the contracts signed with the organization's clients for their products and services, including any revisions made and responding to their queries regarding any additional clauses in the contracts.
- Responsible for contractual and commercial correspondence, including risk mitigation, admission/refusal of liabilities, and changes required in the clauses with the internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting contracts and negotiating organizational policies and contract details with subcontractors, and later generating invoices for them by using Telco billing by SelComm
- Preparing detailed monthly and quarterly reports of the tasks performed for the organization’s top management

Salary: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
