The more complex the challenge the more complex the expertise and to sustain this impressive track record this organisation are undergoing significant change and are now structuring for further growth and are looking for Commercial Director to join their impressive team.
Working closely with the executive management team you will be responsible for overseeing all new business pricing and commercial review activity, delivering solutions that are operationally sustainable, commercial viable and competitively priced. You will assist the bid leaders in all aspects of bid preparation, ensuring all bids have appropriate estimating resources ensuring all tender pricing responses are complete, risk-appropriate and competitive. As part of the wider business development team, over time you will develop industry relationships and engage with prospective clients to identify and introduce new business development opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will have already worked with multi-million dollar bid environment, experience with facilities services or construction sector would be highly desirable as would a experience leading teams particularly in a project or bid environment.
