Form of workThe Commercial Directors will provide commercial leadership and guidance across the Parkville Arden Project. With proven experience in delivery of commercial outcomes for major social infrastructure projects with expertise in commercial development and investment attraction within a public sector environment. You will be a highly focused, driven, motivated and experienced executive who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, leading a high-performing project team to drive exceptional project outcomes.
Operating within a matrix team structure, the Commercial Directors will be responsible for managing commercial work streams across Arden and Parkville. These roles require extensive experience in managing commercial components of major government infrastructure projects delivered under a range of commercial models including Public Private Partnership projects, Ground Lease Models, Development Agreements and / or Managing Contractors models in the social infrastructure context.

Are you:
A practitioner with proven experience in successfully leading and managing commercial/financial workstreams across project phases of major infrastructure projects and in particular, social infrastructure PPPs (with government and/or private sector experience).
- A person with exceptional experience in providing authoritative quality and strategic procurement and commercial advice.
- A person who has successfully led specialised, high performing project teams in a complex major project environment requiring exceptional project management to deliver on project time, scope and budget requirements.
- A highly motivated individual, with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
