The Role
This is a new opportunity to join our fast paced and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Sydney. Working with market leading Partners and Lawyers across a range of retail and commercial leasing dispute matters and general commercial litigation.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate commercial litigation lawyer with 2-5 years’ of experience from a reputable litigation practice, primarily in insolvency. We are seeking a lawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience and attention to detail skills. Experience writing commercially focused client publications would be considered favourably, however, this is not essential.
You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic. Ideally you will have a strong academic history from a well-respected university.
